These terms govern your use of the VoxGulf website and early-access programme, operated by WEEN Networks LLC, Dubai, UAE.

1. Early access

VoxGulf is currently in early access. Joining the waitlist or requesting a demo does not create a service agreement. Service availability, features and timelines described on this site may change before general availability. Paid service is provided under a separate customer agreement issued at onboarding.

2. Regulatory framework

Voice telephony in the UAE is provided through licensed operators under TDRA regulation. VoxGulf operates as a software and AI layer designed to work with licensed carrier infrastructure. Number provisioning and porting are completed through licensed carrier channels during onboarding.

3. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design and branding, is the property of WEEN Networks LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, WEEN Networks LLC is not liable for losses arising from reliance on pre-launch information published here.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
